I need a web site that uses ASP.NET and captures email addresses (by the sounds of it a bit more sophisticated than yours) I got prices from $2,000 for US companies to as low as $500 for programmers from Eastern Europe and the Middle east. So, I can get a custom web site that allows users download files for a cost and captures emails for the same price that you plan to charge for a templated web site.
