Probably the only way you can use those social networks in SEO purposes, is by sharing your website in PM’s (private messages) with your friends, and by putting the website in your profile page.

Hi,
If you want to use the social network to get inbound links for SEO purpose, you need to focus on which of these social networks actually pass link juice.
The following social media sites do NOT pass link juice:
Twitter (uses NoFollow)
YouTube (uses NoFollow)
MySpace (all links use redirects to prevent spam)
Wikipedia (uses NoFollow)
Delicious (uses NoFollow)
Yahoo Answers (uses No Follow)
Here are exceptions to the rule:
LinkedIn (Links in main profile are OK)
Flickr (Links in main profile are OK; Links under pictures use NoFollow)
Digg (Article titles pass link juice)
Facebook (Links in blog feeds/posted items are OK; Links in main profile/comments use NoFollow)
Since most social media sites are moving towards NoFollow to cut down on spam, you need to work with different objective – i.e, to bring in referral visitors, instead of getting inbound links when you work with the social network campaigns.
