How do you start a website for a clothing company?

I am apart of a commitee that is trying to start a clothing company. I am in charge of designing the clothing website because for right now you can only order stuff online. But I was just wondering how do you start a website for a clothing company? What are some good domain places to sign up for a domain.

    You hire someone because it’s completely silly to think that it’s worthwhile to learn web design yourself for a single site. It takes years.

    If you don’t have any ideas on how to design the website. Then hire a graphic designer.

    I wouls say log onto yahoo business and set yourself up a small shopping website. you can design it with their easy tools and set up the shopping carts. its about $39 per month. If you are not comfortable hire someone to do it for you for like $200.
